Fluorocarbon Polymer Insulated Electric Cables & Robot Cables (HIFLON™ Cable)
Hiflon™ cable consists of Hilfon wiring sheathed in fluorocarbon polymer, silicon rubber, urethane. PVC or similar sheathing material. Use of fluorocarbon polymer as cable insulating material permits smaller wire size and can be installed with higher packing density. Hiflon™ cable is used for multiple signal lines and power source lines and is widely favored in such applications as instrument cabling for movable robot arms, medical instruments and computers. This cable is also enjoying increasing use in such applications as high frequency coaxial cable, flat cable and high voltage cable.
